Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • 1 tsp gound turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbs raw honey
  • Pinch sea salt

Method

  • Step 1
    Warm the milk in a saucepan over low heat.
  • Step 2
    Add all the other ingredients to the milk and stir to combine.

  • Step 3
    Simmer for 5 mins and then let steep for another few minutes.
  • Step 4
    Strain (if required), and serve into three mugs. Enjoy!

Almond, soy or rice milk can be used for this recipe.
