Easy and quick.
Ingredients
- 6 chicken thighs
- 2 cups chicken stock (liquid)
- 1 tbs Moroccan seasoning
- 4 garlic clove
Method

Step 1Place chicken thighs, stock, seasoning and garlic into a pot.

Step 2Bring to the boil. Simmer for half an hour.

Step 3Cool chicken in liquid.
Recipe Notes
I use this in tortilla wraps with red onion, grated cheese, sour cream, capsicum, mild taco sauce and cos lettuce. You can add anything you like.
