A great nibble that can be served cold and made the day before needed.
Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry thawed
- 1 tbs pizza sauce
- 1/2 red capsicum finely chopped small
- 1/2 cup ham (deli) finely chopped
- 1/2 cup tasty cheese grated
Method

Step 1Spread puff pastry with pizza sauce.

Step 2Sprinkle sauce evenly with capsicum, ham and cheese.

Step 3Roll pastry up like a Swiss roll and slice into 1.5 cm slices.

Step 4Arrange on a lined baking tray.

Step 5Bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes or until golden.

Step 6Cool on a wire rack.

- 1 wire rack
Recipe Notes
You can substitute the above filling for basil or tomato pesto, or seeded mustard. They all taste just as good. Use ham or bacon.
