So quick and easy, only four ingredients! The tastiest pecan pie I've ever tried. It's very light and fluffy, not a dense pie at all. - Sparkle E

Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 3/4 cup caster sugar
  • 22 crackers crushed
  • 70 g pecans chopped

Method

  • Step 1
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
  • Step 2
    Add caster sugar to egg whites and beat until sugar dissolves.
  • Step 3
    Fold in crackers and pecans.
  • Step 4
    Bake at 180C for 30 minutes.
Recipe Notes

Serve with whipped cream, crumbled flake and kiwifruit, strawberries or passionfruit. I prefer to use Jatz.
