So quick and easy, only four ingredients! The tastiest pecan pie I've ever tried. It's very light and fluffy, not a dense pie at all.
Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 3/4 cup caster sugar
- 22 crackers crushed
- 70 g pecans chopped
Method

Step 1Beat egg whites until stiff.

Step 2Add caster sugar to egg whites and beat until sugar dissolves.

Step 3Fold in crackers and pecans.

Step 4Bake at 180C for 30 minutes.
Recipe Notes
Serve with whipped cream, crumbled flake and kiwifruit, strawberries or passionfruit. I prefer to use Jatz.
