Ingredients

  • 2 cup salad
  • 2 cup baby spinach
  • 2 pear cut into wedges ripe
  • 150 g walnuts roughly chopped
  • 200 g Greek fetta
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 2 tbs white vinegar
  • 2 tbs honey

Method

  • Step 1
    In a salad bowl combine salad mix and spinach.
    Pear and walnut salad
  • Step 2
    Scatter pear wedges and walnuts on top and crumble over the Feta in large chunks.
  • Step 3
    Whisk oil, vinegar and honey until combined. Pour over salad and serve.
