A light summer salad.
Ingredients
- 2 cup salad
- 2 cup baby spinach
- 2 pear cut into wedges ripe
- 150 g walnuts roughly chopped
- 200 g Greek fetta
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 2 tbs white vinegar
- 2 tbs honey
Method

Step 1In a salad bowl combine salad mix and spinach.

Step 2Scatter pear wedges and walnuts on top and crumble over the Feta in large chunks.

Step 3Whisk oil, vinegar and honey until combined. Pour over salad and serve.
