Wake out of bed for this easy-as breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1 peach cut into 2cm pieces
- 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2 tbs rolled oats
- 1 1/2 tbs almonds raw roughly chopped unsalted
- 1/2 tbs chia seeds
- 2 tbs coconut flakes
- 1 tbs butter melted
- 1 1/2 tbs Greek yoghurt *to serve
Method

Step 1Preheat a fan-forced oven to 180C and lightly grease a small baking dish.

Step 2Place the peaches and raspberries in the baking dish. Drizzle over vanilla extract and sprinkle over cinnamon and salt. Toss with your hands to coat the fruit.

Step 3Evenly sprinkle over the oats, almonds, chia seeds and coconut flakes and drizzle over butter. Place into the oven to bake for 20 minutes until the top is crispy and golden.

Step 4Serve with a dollop of yoghurt.
