This recipe is super easy and tasty. It is great served as a side to barbecue or packed to take on a picnic. It keeps well in the fridge and is very popular with children. - meshy09

  • 2 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 pinch salt *to taste

Method

Recipe Notes
This recipe is inspired by the traditional "Russian Salad," which would include boiled potato instead of pasta. While the shape and texture of couscous pasta is the hero of this dish, any available pasta may be used if couscous pasta is not available. Canned peas and corn may be used (drain the liquid).
