Fast, light and easy.
Ingredients
- 35 g pine nuts
- 1 broccoli broken into florets
- 375 g ravioli
- 75 ml olive oil
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
Method

Step 1Combine the oil with garlic and chilli and allow to stand.

Step 2Heat a large pan and roast the pine nuts, without oil, until golden. Remove from heat.

Step 3Lightly steam broccoli in the microwave.

Step 4Cook pasta according to packet instructions and drain.

Step 5Heat infused oil in the large pan.

Step 6Add ravioli, broccoli and pine nuts and season with salt.

Step 7Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Step 8Serve hot.
Recipe Notes
You could add cream and parmesan for a heavier dish.
