Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken breasts
Batter
- 250 g plain flour
- 3 eggs
- 70 g butter
Seasoning
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 100 g parsley
- 50 g olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp fresh dill
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Method

Step 1Butter a baking dish.

Step 2Mix plain flour and egg to form the batter mixture.

Step 3Add olive oil, fresh minced garlic cloves, parsley, dill, black paper and lemon as seasoning.

Step 4First dip the chicken breast in batter, then in seasoning and keep in fridge for 2-3 hrs.

Step 5Pre-heat an oven to 200 degrees C. Then bake it for approximately 25-30 mins.
