Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken breasts

Batter

  • 250 g plain flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 70 g butter

Seasoning

  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 100 g parsley
  • 50 g olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp fresh dill
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

Method

  • Step 1
    Butter a baking dish.
  • Step 2
    Mix plain flour and egg to form the batter mixture.
  • Step 3
    Add olive oil, fresh minced garlic cloves, parsley, dill, black paper and lemon as seasoning.
  • Step 4
    First dip the chicken breast in batter, then in seasoning and keep in fridge for 2-3 hrs.
  • Step 5
    Pre-heat an oven to 200 degrees C. Then bake it for approximately 25-30 mins.

  • 20cm square oven safe dish
Recipe Notes
Serve with fresh lemon and soy sauce.
