Ingredients

  • 1 kg blade beef steak
  • 1 packet mushroom soup
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 tomato sliced

Method

  • Step 1
    Rub soup mix into steak.
  • Step 2
    Wrap steak in aluminium foil, along with layered sliced onions and tomatoes.

    Bake in a moderate oven for 1-1½ hours.
