Ingredients

  • 2 rabbit
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 3 egg beaten
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbs oil hot

Method

  • Step 1
    Cut rabbit into medium-sized pieces.
  • Step 2
    Roll in flour, then in beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.
  • Step 3
    Heat oil or fat in a camp oven.
  • Step 4
    Add rabbit pieces to hot oil and cook until a rich golden brown.
  • Step 5
    Serve with desired vegetables.
