Ingredients
- 2 rabbit
- 1 cup plain flour
- 3 egg beaten
- 1 1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 1 tbs oil hot
Method

Step 1Cut rabbit into medium-sized pieces.

Step 2Roll in flour, then in beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.

Step 3Heat oil or fat in a camp oven.

Step 4Add rabbit pieces to hot oil and cook until a rich golden brown.

Step 5Serve with desired vegetables.
