These Oreo truffles are so rich and creamy, it’s impossible to stop at just one! Let your imagination run wild when decorating your truffles, and add some crushed up Oreo’s or candy canes to the top, a few sprinkles, or a couple of edible baubles.
Ingredients
- 300g Oreo biscuits
- 250g cream cheese softened
- 150g milk chocolate melts
Method

Step 1Crush Oreos until they resemble fine crumbs.

Step 2Mix Oreo crumbs with the cream cheese.

Step 3Roll into 1 inch sized balls and place on a tray lined with baking paper.

Step 4Place chocolate in microwaveable bowl and microwave on medium for 2-3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until chocolate is completely melted.

Step 5Place the truffles into the bowl of melted chocolate (in batches) and use two forks to roll the truffles around until they are completely coated.

Step 6Remove truffles with the forks and allow any excess chocolate to drip off.

Step 7Place back onto the baking paper lined tray and decorate with your choice of toppings (ie. crushed Oreos, candy canes, sprinkles, baubles etc).

Step 8Place into the fridge to set for 1 hour.

You can swap the milk chocolate melts for white or dark chocolate melts.
