Ingredients
- 1 orange skin on
- 3 egg
- 180 g butter melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 cup self-raising flour sifted
- 1/4 cup almond meal
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 180C.

Step 2Grease and line cake tin with baking paper.

Step 3Wash orange and cut, process in food processor. Add remaining ingredients and blitz until well combined.

Step 4Pour into tin and bake for 40 minutes.
