Very easy to cook and they taste delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 cup plain yoghurt
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 180C.

Step 2Line a muffin tin with paper patty pans.

Step 3Combine all ingredients and place in tin.

Step 4Bake for 10-15 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
Recipe Notes
You can add ⅔ cup choc chips, berries or mixed dried fruit to the muffin batter. You can also use a flavoured yoghurt.
