This fun, colourful slice is reminiscent of licorice allsorts, with alternating layers of biscuit and coconut, topped with decadent dark chocolate. It’ll be a hit at your next fete or cake stall, and is an easy enough recipe to let the kids join in. - Australia's Best Recipes Team

  • Step 2

  • Step 3
In a food processor, crush biscuits into a fine crumb. Add butter and extra condensed milk and blitz until well combined.
  • Step 4
Press pink coconut mixture into the base of the prepared tin and smooth evenly. Top with biscuit mixture, followed by green coconut mixture, smoothing down each layer evenly.
  • Step 5
Melt chocolate with coconut oil in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Pour over slice in tin and spread out evenly. If using licorice allsorts, cut into three or four slices and press into the chocolate. Refrigerate until set.
  • Step 6
Slice into bite-sized pieces to serve.
Recipe Notes

Omit the licorice decorations if you prefer, or make half and half to appeal to everyone.

Cut into small squares as the slice is quite sweet.

Slice will keep in an airtight container for a couple of weeks.
