A nice snack for a party, with a drink or that family BBQ.
Ingredients
- 2 cup spicy fried rice
- 2 egg separated
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 2 tbs water
- 1 tbs oil
Method

Step 1Add nasi goreng to a bowl and mix in 2 beaten egg yolks.

Step 2Mix well and roll into small balls.

Step 3Roll balls in breadcrumbs.

Step 4Beat egg whites with water, and roll balls in mixture, then through breadcrumbs again.

Step 5Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
