Ingredients

  • 1 oil spray
  • 6 bacon rashers chopped
  • 100g baby spinach chopped
  • 8 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbs tasty cheese grated

Method

  • Step 1
    Spray pan with oil and saute bacon, add spinach and cook for 1 minute. Divide between a 12-hole muffin tray.
  • Step 2
    Combine eggs with milk and tasty cheese. Pour between muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes at 180C. Serve warm.

Equipment

  • 1 12-hole muffin pan
Recipe Notes

You can make them ahead of time and can be eaten hot or cold.

You can add a variety of different fillings.
