These little kid-friendly bites make a great treat for brunch or a light meal. They're so quick and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1 oil spray
- 6 bacon rashers chopped
- 100g baby spinach chopped
- 8 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tbs tasty cheese grated
Method

Step 1Spray pan with oil and saute bacon, add spinach and cook for 1 minute. Divide between a 12-hole muffin tray.

Step 2Combine eggs with milk and tasty cheese. Pour between muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes at 180C. Serve warm.

- 1 12-hole muffin pan

You can make them ahead of time and can be eaten hot or cold.
You can add a variety of different fillings.
