Easy to do and makes a good hot lunch for cold, wintery days. Serve with crusty bread.
Ingredients
- 500 g beef mince
- 2/3 cup tomato sauce
- 2/3 cup water
- 2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/4 cup celery stalk finely chopped
- 2 potato cooked diced
Method

Step 1Brown the mince in a fry pan.

Step 2Mix sauce and water, add to pan.

Step 3Simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 4Transfer to a casserole dish.

Step 5Add vegetables, celery and potatoes, season with salt and pepper.

Step 6Cook in the oven at 180C for 30 minutes.
