Easy to do and makes a good hot lunch for cold, wintery days. Serve with crusty bread. - emjay

Ingredients

  • 500 g beef mince
  • 2/3 cup tomato sauce
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/4 cup celery stalk finely chopped
  • 2 potato cooked diced

Method

  • Step 1
    Brown the mince in a fry pan.
  • Step 2
    Mix sauce and water, add to pan.
  • Step 3
    Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Transfer to a casserole dish.
  • Step 5
    Add vegetables, celery and potatoes, season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 6
    Cook in the oven at 180C for 30 minutes.
