A light evening meal which is very tasty.
Ingredients
- 500 g beef mince
- 500 g bacon rashers diced
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 1 tbs Vegemite
- 3/4 cup plain flour
Method

Step 1Brown mince and onion.

Step 2Add bacon and mix together with the mince.

Step 3Add salt and pepper

Step 4Add water and Vegemite and combine.

Step 5Simmer for 20 minutes.

Step 6Mix flour with a little water and make a paste. Thicken mince with the flour and water paste.

Step 7Serve with mashed potatoes.
Recipe Notes
This is a quick meal and is good for freezing, that is if you have any leftover.
