A super easy, chocolate and lemonade cake that requires no flour, takes 5 minutes in the microwave and has an amazing Toblerone sauce.
Ingredients
- 400 g chocolate cake mix
- 100 g chocolate pudding mix
- 2 egg
- 1 cup lemonade
- 400 g Toblerone chocolate bar
- 1/2 cup thickened cream
Method

Step 1Place chocolate cake mix, pudding mix, 2 eggs and lemonade into a bowl and mix together slowly.

Step 2Transfer the mixture into a flexible silicon cake container or muffin container that is microwave safe.

Step 3Microwave mix for approximately 7 minutes for a cake or 5 minutes for muffins.

Step 4Invert cooked cakes onto a serving tray.

Step 5Chocolate sauce: Break up Toblerone and place it and half the cream into a microwaveable jug and microwave for approximately 2 minutes.

Step 6Continue to melt and stir until sauce is smooth.

Step 7Pour over chocolate cakes or muffins.
