A very easy tasty meal for the weekend served with noodles. Also nice with mashed potato and supersweet corn. - Megs

Recipe Notes

If the mince is too thin you can thicken it using some cornflour mixed with a little water. I use 1 teaspoon of Masterfoods Mexican Chilli powder (medium) and I find that is enough for us. If you don't like things too hot I suggest you start with ½ teaspoon and taste it when it is cooked - you can always add more but you can't take it out.
