Ingredients

  • 1/2 can Mexican beans
  • 4 cherry tomatoes chopped
  • 1/4 red onion finely diced
  • 1/2 tsp chilli
  • 1 tbs avocado dip

Method

  • Step 1
    Add all ingredients (except avocado dip) and mix, then microwave for 1 minute. When done, top with avocado dip.
Recipe Notes
Could also add a poached egg and serve for breakfast with some toast.
