Ingredients

  • 350 g Mars Bar
  • 4 tbs Dutch cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup thickened cream
  • 2 1/4 cup whipped cream

Method

  • Step 1
    In a saucepan over a medium heat, melt together Mars bars, thickened cream and cocoa.
  • Step 2
    Stir constantly to prevent chocolate mixture from burning.
  • Step 3
    When mixture has mixed through evenly, remove from heat and allow to cool
  • Step 4
    Transfer mixture to a bowl. Add whipped cream and fold in gently.
  • Step 5
    Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
