A delicious two-ingredient marinade.
Ingredients
- 500 g beef rump steak
- 3 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbs sweet chilli sauce *to taste
Method

Step 1Mix sauces together.

Step 2Place steak in marinating dish.

Step 3Pour sauce mix over steak and marinate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, turning frequently.

Step 4Drain off excess marinade before cooking steak, as desired.
Recipe Notes
This marinade helps tenderise the steak very well. A clove of garlic can be added if desired. Use beef cut of choice.
