A nice recipe and easy to make. I have cooked this recipe many times.
Ingredients
- 500 g chicken wing
- 1 tbs oil
Marinade
- 2 tbs light soy sauce
- 1 onion grated small
- 2 tsp orange rind grated
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp chilli sauce
Method

Step 1Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.

Step 2Place wings in a large shallow dish, pour over the marinade, stand for 2 hours or refrigerate overnight.

Step 3Place oil in a baking dish, add wings in a single layer, and bake at 180C for 40 minutes or until golden brown, turning occasionally.

Step 4Brush the wings frequently with marinade during cooking.
Recipe Notes
Can be served with fried rice, or any type of rice dish or vegetables. Can be frozen up to 2 months.
