Chicken drumsticks marinated in a range of sauces. This is a great dinner for the whole family to enjoy.
Ingredients
- 16 chicken drumstick
- 100 ml soy sauce
- 100 ml oyster sauce
- 100 ml tomato sauce
- 1 tbs garlic minced
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 180C. Grease and line two oven trays with baking paper.

Step 2Place 16 chicken drumsticks in a large mixing bowl.

Step 3Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, tomato sauce and minced garlic to chicken drumsticks. Mix together until well covered.

Step 4Place chicken drumsticks in the prepared oven trays.

Step 5Sprinkle salt, pepper and mixed herbs over the chicken legs.

Step 6Cook for one hour. Place foil over chicken legs if they start to brown.
