With a daughter who has severe food allergies, breakfast can be very limited, but this recipe makes it a little more fun. We like to eat them with golden syrup.
Ingredients
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1 cup soda water room temperature
- 1/2 tbs white sugar
Method

Step 1Mix all ingredients together and let stand for 5 minutes

Step 2Preheat non stick frying pan and ladle ½ cup measures of mixture to cook. When pancake starts to bubble, flip and cook the other side.

Step 3Remove from heat and serve with favourite topping.
