We take just three ingredients and turn them to this no-bake easy chocolate Malteser cake!
Ingredients
- 2 x 600g chocolate mud cakes
- 400g tub chocolate frosting
- 600g Maltesers chocolates
Method

Step 1Place one mud cake on a serving platter and top with some of the chocolate frosting. Place second cake icing side down on top of the chocolate frosting, stacking the cakes. Spread remaining frosting over the entire top and sides of the two cakes.

Step 2Beginning in the centre and working in a circle, arrange Maltesers over the top and sides of the cake, pressing into the icing.
