Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbs butter
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 tsp lemon
  • 2 tbs lemon juice fresh
  • 1/2 cup coriander chopped

Method

  • Step 1
    Bring water to a boil. Add rice and butter, stir.

  • Step 2
    Reduce heat to low and simmer until rice is tender, for approximately 15 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Just before serving, add lemon juice, zest and coriander, mix without breaking up the rice.
Recipe Notes

Lime juice and zest can be used in the place of lemon.
