Quick and easy and taste great.
Ingredients
- 3 cup mashed potato
- 200 g canned tuna
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 tsp tom yum paste
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 tbs plain flour
- 1 tbs oil
Method

Step 1Mix together the potato, tuna, onion.

Step 2Add Tom Kha paste according to taste.

Step 3Roll mixture into balls, flatten into patty shape.

Step 4Coat with the egg and flour, fry in a little oil until brown, turn and brown other side.

Step 5Serve as a snack, or with salad as a main.
Recipe Notes
I used Tom kha paste. Tom kha paste is available in any Asian supermarket. I usually mix the paste with a small amount of oil to soften it a bit, so that it mixes in better. Great for leftover mashed potato, and the amounts can be as random as you like.
