A smart looking package.
Ingredients
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 300 g lamb fillet sliced
- 2 tbs sun-dried tomato chopped
- 100 g fetta chopped
- 2 tbs sour cream
- 1 puff pastry
- 60 g butter melted
- 1 tbs poppy seeds
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary chopped
Method

Step 1Heat the oil in a pan, add garlic and lamb.

Step 2Cook lamb until brown.

Step 3Transfer lamb to a bowl and stir in tomatoes, feta and rosemary.

Step 4Allow to cool and then stir the cream into the mixture.

Step 5Cut the pastry diagonally in half to make 2 triangles.

Step 6Place half the lamb mixture to one side of the triangle.

Step 7Fold the pastry over the mixture to form a smaller triangle.

Step 8Brush edges with water and press to seal.

Step 9Repeat with remaining pastry and mixture.

Step 10Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with poppy seeds.

Step 11Place triangles on a baking tray and bake in a hot oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Recipe Notes
Chopped rosemary can be substituted for a sprig of rosemary laid over the mixture before folding the pastry.
These triangles can be prepared a day ahead and reheated in the oven.
