Tasty and delicious, and very easy to make, it's impossible not to fall in love with this fabulous dish.
Ingredients
- 400 g spaghetti
- 150 g bacon rashers diced
- 2 egg yolks
- 50 g cheese grated
Method

Step 1Boil a large pot of water, add some salt and then the pasta. Boil until cooked. Drain.

Step 2Meanwhile, fry bacon slightly in a pan with a little oil until brown.

Step 3Beat the egg yolks with the cheese until well combined, occasionally adding some boiling water until it is smooth.

Step 4Pour pasta in the saucepan with the eggs and cheese and stir.

Step 5Pour pasta mixture in the bacon pan and stir.

Serve hot with olive oil.
Sprinkle with black pepper.
