An easy, make-ahead meal.
Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast fillet chopped
- 1 tsp garlic crushed
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1 cup dried breadcrumbs
- 2 tbs honey
- 2 tbs sour cream
- 2 chicken stock cube crumbled
- 1 tbs parsley finely chopped
Method

Step 1Place chicken into a food processor. Process until minced.

Step 2Add remaining ingredients and pulse until well combined.

Step 3Divide mixture into 8 portions, shape into patties.

Step 4Chill until required.

Step 5Preheat oven 180C.

Step 6Line a tray with baking paper.

Step 7Put patties onto tray, spray with oil.

Step 8Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through. Turn halfway through cooking.
