Rice bubbles and peanut butter mixture passed down from grandmother, to mother, to daughter. Very yummy for big and small kids.
Ingredients
- 125 g butter
- 2 tbs honey
- 4 cups Kellogg's Rice Bubbles
- 1 tbs peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
Method

Step 1Grease and line a slice tray with baking paper.

Step 2Combine butter, sugar, honey and peanut butter in a saucepan.

Step 3Bring to the boil and just simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 4Add Rice Bubbles to mixture and stir thoroughly.

Step 5Press into slice tray and refrigerate.

Step 6Slice when cold.
Recipe Notes
You can use smooth or crunchy peanut butter.
Best cut when not in tray. Better to cut on a chopping board with a sharp knife.
