These fritters are moreish and once you have one you won't be able to stop.
Ingredients
- 6 hash browns
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 3 bacon rashers chopped cooked
- 1/2 cup cheese grated
- 1/2 cup self-raising flour
- 2 egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tbs parsley chopped
Method

Step 1Defrost the hash browns in microwave for 1 minute.

Step 2Chop into small cubes.

Step 3In a bowl, toss together the diced hash browns, bacon, cheese and flour.

Step 4In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, milk and parsley together and mix into the hash brown mixture.

Step 5Cook spoonfuls in a hot frying pan for approximately 4 minutes on each side, turning once.
