A healthy green juice that's the perfect to start to your day.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup kale chopped firmly packed
- 1/4 cup parsley chopped loosely packed
- 1/2 banana chopped peeled
- 1/2 pink lady apple chopped cored cored peeled
- 1 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
Method

Step 1Add all prepared ingredients into a blender. Blend on high 1 minute or until smooth.

Recipe Notes
If you want to reduce your sugar intake, replace pineapple juice with water. The green vegetables will be more dominant in the juice’s taste. Recipe can be prepared and stored in zip lock bags in the freezer. If you are making the juice fresh, you can add ice to chill. You will need a high powered blender to cut through the ingredients smoothly. Baby kale can also be used.
