A quick and easy no-bake slice. Slice is best made the day before serving. I make this slice every Christmas, but don't wait until Christmas to try it!
Ingredients
- 400 g condensed milk
- 125 g butter melted
- 250 g mixed dried fruit
- 375 g biscuits crushed
- 1 cup coconut
Topping
- 125 g cooking chocolate
- 2 tsp margarine
Method

Step 1Line a square cake tin with aluminium foil, and lightly grease.

Step 2Combine all base ingredients and mix well. Pour mixture into tin and press down well using a spatula.

Step 3Topping: Melt chocolate in microwave or over a bowl of simmering water. Stir in butter or margarine.

Step 4Mix well and then spread over base. Place in refrigerator to chill.

Step 5Cut into small squares to serve.
