A family favourite. These gravy potatoes go well with roast beef or lamb. A simple recipe, but rich flavour.
Ingredients
- 1L beef stock (liquid)
- 1kg Ruby potatoes peeled
- 2 OXO beef stock cubes
- 2 1/2 tbs onion powder
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbs freshly ground black pepper
Method

Step 1Place potatoes, water and liquid beef stock in a large saucepan or cooking pot. Bring to the boil.

Step 2Add all other ingredients.

Step 3Simmer on low heat for 1 hour. Stirring occasionally. Best served with roast beef or lamb.
