Ingredients
- 300g gypsy ham or ham, cut into small pieces
- 300g sauerkraut
- Olive or vegetable oil
- 1 brown onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds, ground
- 1 pkt gnocchi (500g)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 500ml Massel* Vegetable Liquid Stock
- Honey or sugar, to taste

Method

Step 1Heat oil in a saucepan over high heat.

Step 2Add onion and cook for about 5 minutes.

Step 3Add caraway seeds and stir, then add ham, sauerkraut, ham and stock.

Step 4Cook until sauerkraut is soft.

Step 5Add the gnocchi then simmer until they are soft. Serve.
