Ingredients

  • 250ml boiling water
  • 20 ml Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla gin
  • 400ml cream
  • 85g orange jelly crystals

Method

  • Step 1
    Dissolve jelly crystals in boiling water and gin. Place in the fridge for 1 hour, until almost set.
  • Step 2
    Remove from fridge and add cream. Beat until well combined.
  • Step 3
    Pour into 6 dessert bowls and place in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
  • Step 4
    Decorate with candied oranges.
