Relive the 50s with this gin and candied orange flummery that is perfect for retro dinner parties!
Ingredients
- 250ml boiling water
- 20 ml Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla gin
- 400ml cream
- 85g orange jelly crystals
Method

Step 1Dissolve jelly crystals in boiling water and gin. Place in the fridge for 1 hour, until almost set.

Step 2Remove from fridge and add cream. Beat until well combined.

Step 3Pour into 6 dessert bowls and place in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

Step 4Decorate with candied oranges.
