Ingredients

  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 4 eggs lightly whisked
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 thick sausages cooked
  • Steamed broccolini to serve
  • Gravy made following packet directions to serve

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 220C/200C fan forced. Pour the oil into a 20cm heavy-based ovenproof dish. Place dish in the oven with for 5 minutes to heat.
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile, place the flour in a bowl. Make a well. Add the eggs and milk to the well. Whisk until smooth. Season well with salt and pepper. Pour into the heated dish. Bake for 15 minutes or until puffed and golden. Carefully remove from oven.
  • Step 3
    Place the sausages and broccolini in the yorkie. Drizzle with gravy.
