The big kids and little kids will love these on a hot day.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup apricot jam
- 1/3 cup coconut toasted
- 1/2 cup plain yoghurt
- 1 1/2 tsp honey
- 1 tbs passionfruit pulp
- 3 bananas cut in half medium
Method

Step 1Insert paddle pop sticks into banana.

Step 2Heat jam until warm, sieve to take out lumps.

Step 3Brush each piece of banana with jam, then roll into the coconut and coat evenly. Place pieces on a lined tray, cover loosely with plastic wrap and place in freezer for several hours or until frozen.

Step 4Combine the yoghurt, honey and passionfruit in a bowl, cover, place in fridge until required.

Step 5Serve frozen bananas with the passionfruit dip.

- 1 saucepan
- 1 baking tray
- 1 sieve

Use creamy plain yoghurt and cut bananas in half crossways.
