A delicious and easy recipe.
Ingredients
- 4 cup rice cooked
- 2 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 slices ham (deli) diced
- 1 onion diced
- 1 garlic clove finely chopped *to taste
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 3 tbs soy sauce *to taste
- 1 pinch seasoning *to taste
Method

Step 1Heat the frying pan to a medium heat and add rice.

Step 2Combine the eggs and milk to make an omelet. Cook in a separate pan.

Step 3Add the onion, ham and frozen peas to the rice.

Step 4Add sliced omelet, garlic, soy sauce and salt and pepper to the rice.

Step 5Stir frequently and serve when heated and peas are cooked.
Recipe Notes
Boil the rice about 3-4 hours before making, when you take it off the stove run it under cold water then cover it and put in the refrigerator. This stops it being gluggy when you cook it.
