An easy to prepare dinner for seafood lovers.
Ingredients
- 2 mud crabs
- 4 tbs vegetable oil
- 1 tsp ginger
- 2 tbs red chillies
- 1 tbs tomato paste
- 1 tbs sugar
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 2 tbs canned black beans crushed
- 2 tbs coriander
- 2 tbs garlic minced
- 200 ml tomato puree
- 2 tbs sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tbs white vinegar
- 2 tbs coconut cream
- 2 tbs shallots chopped
Method

Step 1Clean and chop crabs into 4 pieces.

Step 2Heat oil in wok. Add crabs and stir fry until nearly cooked.

Step 3Add rest of ingredients except for the shallots and simmer stirring frequently until cooked through. Stir through shallots.

Step 4Serve with rice or crusty bread and a salad.
