Ingredients
- 3 cup raw unsalted macadamias
- 2 tbs plain flour
- 1 tbs lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/2 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley chopped
- 2 egg whites whisked
- 4 fish fillets skin off
- 4 tbs vegetable oil
Method

Step 1Place macadamia nuts in food processor. Add flour, lemon pepper seasoning and parsley, and process.

Step 2Dip fish in eggs then in nuts mixture to crumb fish fillets.

Step 3Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add fish and fry on both sides until golden brown. Put on paper towel for few minutes to take extra oil.

Step 4Serve with your favourite vegetables or salad.
