This is nice, hot or cold.
Ingredients
- 500 g fish fillets
- 3 egg beaten
- 1 onion finely chopped large
- 2 garlic clove crushed
- 1 tbs plain flour
- 1 tbs parsley *optional
- 2 tbs oil
Method

Step 1Cut fish fillets into small pieces.

Step 2Add fillet pieces to beaten eggs combined with onion, garlic, flour, parsley, salt and pepper.

Step 3Drop spoons of mixture into hot oil.

Step 4Turning once, fry until golden.

Step 5Eat hot or cold.
