Ingredients

  • 500 g fish fillets
  • 3 egg beaten
  • 1 onion finely chopped large
  • 2 garlic clove crushed
  • 1 tbs plain flour
  • 1 tbs parsley *optional
  • 2 tbs oil

Method

  • Step 1
    Cut fish fillets into small pieces.
  • Step 2
    Add fillet pieces to beaten eggs combined with onion, garlic, flour, parsley, salt and pepper.
  • Step 3
    Drop spoons of mixture into hot oil.
  • Step 4
    Turning once, fry until golden.
  • Step 5
    Eat hot or cold.
Recipe Notes
Serve with mash and peas.
