These simple festive truffles are made with our favourite ingredient: condensed milk! Whip them up in just a few minutes, then after a spell in the fridge, top them with white chocolate and mini M&Ms.
Ingredients
- 250 g mixed dried fruit
- 375g Arnotts Nice biscuits, crushed
- 400 g condensed milk
- 150 g butter melted
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 180g Plaistowe white chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Mini M&Ms, to decorate
Method

Step 1Combine condensed milk, crushed biscuits, mixed fruit, coconut and melted butter in a large bowl. Mix well. Roll into balls and place in the fridge to chill for 15 minutes.

Step 2Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave. Gently pour a little white chocolate over each of the truffles. Top with red or green mini M&Ms.
