Recipe Notes
Mullet, trevalley, snapper, or bream are delicious white fish to use. With smoked cod or haddock, the fish in the milk will take away the strong salty taste. For a little bit more colour in this dish, leave out prawns and substitute 2 chopped tomatoes, ½ cup cooked peas or sliced carrots.
