Chorizo, bacon and mushroom pasta bake.
Ingredients
- 200 g bacon rashers diced
- 2 chorizo sausages hot
- 250 g mushrooms sliced
- 1 red onion sliced small
- 1 white onion sliced small
- 2 tsp chilli paste *optional
- 2 tsp crushed garlic
- 500 g Chicken Tonight simmer sauce
- 150 ml Bulla Cooking Cream
- 625 g Latina Fresh cheese ravioli
- 1 pinch thyme
- 1 pinch oregano
- 1 tbs parmesan cheese
Method

Step 1Place chorizo and bacon in a pan and cook until lightly browned.

Step 2Add onion and mushrooms and cook until onions are transparent.

Step 3Add simmer sauce, garlic, chilli, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper, then stir until combined.

Step 4Add the cream. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.

Step 5Cook the ravioli as per instructions.

Step 6Serve ravioli with sauce and parmesan.
