Ingredients

  • 4 egg hard-boiled peeled
  • 250 g cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbs horseradish cream
  • 3 shallots finely chopped
  • 1 pinch paprika

Method

  • Step 1
    Place eggs, cream and cottage cheese in food processor.
  • Step 2
    Blend until smooth.
  • Step 3
    Add mustard and horseradish.
  • Step 4
    Season with pepper and salt to taste.
  • Step 5
    Add the shallots. Pulse to combine.
  • Step 6
    Sprinkle with paprika.

Equipment

  • 1 food processor
Recipe Notes
Serve with crackers and thinly sliced vegetables of choice.
