A favourite dip everyone adores.
Ingredients
- 4 egg hard-boiled peeled
- 250 g cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup cream
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbs horseradish cream
- 3 shallots finely chopped
- 1 pinch paprika
Method

Step 1Place eggs, cream and cottage cheese in food processor.

Step 2Blend until smooth.

Step 3Add mustard and horseradish.

Step 4Season with pepper and salt to taste.

Step 5Add the shallots. Pulse to combine.

Step 6Sprinkle with paprika.
